Third Opinion was created in honor of my father — a man whose wisdom, quiet strength, and resilience shaped the way I see the world. He passed away on January 15, 2023, but his legacy lives on through every stitch, every design, and every story told in our clothing.
This brand is a tribute.
Not just to his memory, but to the conversations we had. The values he lived by. The hard-earned lessons he passed down to me — and now, through this brand, to you.

Lehman Paul Bliss is the founder and CEO of Third Opinion, a purpose-driven streetwear brand created to honor the life and legacy of his father, Albert Henry Bliss III, who passed away on January 15, 2023. Every piece in the collection reflects a chapter of his father's story—his values, his strength, and his impact. For Lehman, Third Opinion is more than clothing; it’s a way to keep his father’s spirit alive and share it with the world.
An Atlanta native, Lehman carries his city’s creative energy and resilience into everything he builds. He attended Savannah State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and later served six years in the United States Navy as a Yeoman. His service taught him discipline, focus, and a deep respect for legacy—values that now define his brand.
Lehman is currently pursuing his MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, further sharpening the business foundation behind Third Opinion. Through design, storytelling, and authenticity, he’s building a brand rooted in memory, meaning, and message—where every garment says something real.
